La ligue professionnelle de soccer USL Championship, est le deuxième échelon national de soccer aux USA et est considéré comme l'anti-chambre de la MLS et la véritable vitrine des jeunes talents américains.

Cette saison 2026, avec le retrait de North Carolina et l'addition de Brooklyn FC et du Sporting Jacksonville, la compétition sera disputée par 25 clubs, divisés en deux conférences : 13 franchises dans la Conférence Est et douze dans la Conférence Ouest.

Avec des équipes comme le Tampa Bay Rowdies, le Louisville City FC ou le Phoenix Rising, les matchs attirent des milliers de fans.
